Access and Update Your Data

- Shipping Addresses: You can add, edit, or delete saved shipping addresses from your account.
- Payment Methods: You can manage saved payment methods through your account settings (actual card data is stored securely by our payment partners, not on our servers).
- Order History: You can view your complete order history from your account dashboard.
Download Your Data
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data in a portable format. To request a data export, please contact our support team. We will provide your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (such as CSV or JSON) within 30 days of your request.
Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you delete your account:
- Your profile information, saved addresses, and preferences will be permanently deleted
- Your order history will be retained in anonymized form for legal and accounting purposes
- Any active orders will be completed before account deletion is processed
- Product reviews you have written will be anonymized (your name will be replaced with "Deleted User")
- Messages you have sent will remain visible to the other party but your name will be anonymized
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
4. Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Our Platform recognizes and respects DNT signals. When we detect a DNT signal from your browser:
- We will not load third-party analytics or tracking scripts
- We will limit data collection to what is strictly necessary for Platform functionality
- We will not use your browsing data for personalized product recommendations
Please note that essential cookies will still function normally as they are required for the Platform to operate.
5. Opt-Out of Data Sharing
